We run a Foundation Reformer class it is for those who are new to Reformer Pilates or for anyone who would like a more gentle guided session. You will learn foundation exercises that are the building blocks for Reformer training, they are perfect for confidence and skill building. Not only is this class a good starting point, it also gives you support and encouragement to focus on body awareness which will help you build strength and flexibility.
