RECEPTION HOURS:

MONDAY TO FRIDAY  8.30-11.30am  MONDAY TO THURSDAY  3.30-7pm  SATURDAY  7am-9am

Don’t like feeling cramped? You will find Freedom is a massive facility with numerous areas to train, you can spread out and find your happy place!

Our gym floor has a large range of equipment to suit every need including cardio equipment, stair climber, machine weights, functional equipment, free weights and of course a lifting platform! You can also choose your favourite workout music on the Crowd DJ system via an App on your phone!

We have recently added a Recovery Area where you will find Compression Boots and a Massage Gun available for you to use. Just off this space is Studio One which provides a peaceful space for you to train – turn on the air con, sync to our fantastic sound system via Bluetooth and do your session in privacy.

Downstairs you’ll find our beautifully decorated and air conditioned BLISS Yoga & Pilates studio, here we offer not only various styles of Yoga, but you can also enjoy Reformer Pilates classes – talk us about adding them onto your membership or buying class multi packs to use when it suits you.  Also, you don’t have to be a member of the gym to do Reformer Pilates.

Upstairs is our recently renovated and air conditioned group fitness room where we hold Les Mills BODYPUMP, Les Mills RPM, FreeMIX, Mat Pilates and our awesome ‘Les Mill ON DEMAND’ virtual system this can be used at any time day or night (around live classes).

In the male and female bathrooms you’ll find lockers, showers, toilets and a sauna in each. Ladies, we also have a hairdryer and GHD straightener to make getting ready for work/dinner that bit easier!
